In 2018, I stepped into a leadership role with Coldwell Banker Realty, serving as Broker in Charge and focusing on coaching, mentoring, and supporting agents as they built thriving businesses. That experience strengthened my industry knowledge, sharpened my problem-solving skills, and gave me a behind-the-scenes perspective that now greatly benefits my buyers and sellers.
